Thursday, March 26, 2020 - Disgorged April 17, 2019. FYI: it would have aged marvelously for many years to come had we been willing to wait!
Aromas: very ripe green apple, mirabelle plum, toast, walnut, brioche, pear, vanilla, hint of pain d'épices (spice bread) and dead leaves
Flavors: green apple, pear, toasted almond, brioche, lemon, lemon zest, chalk, hints of hay and vanilla, touch of salt
