Saturday, September 7, 2019 - Jacques Selosse - semi blind horisontal and vertical tasting (14 wines) (Nordsjaelland): Disgorged 10/2011. Deep gold colour. Aromas of overripe apple (fallout apple), coffee, nutty, toffee, caramel and burned sugar. Clearly oxidative. The oxidation develops (too) fast in the glass (within minutes). Too oxidative for me.
