Monday, October 8, 2018 - Disgorged 22 November 2016. This was big, rich and just hard to handle when opened, but the last half of the bottle on day 2 acquitted itself nicely. Leads with those distinctively Selosse oceanic notes (which always remind me of biological sherries), followed by candied lemon and toast. Palate follows the nose with big, deep intensity and brilliant acidity, just wonderful. I picked this up in Pontevedra, not 100% sure but I think it was Juncal Alimentación.
