Sunday, October 30, 2022 - Double-decanted to remove the sediment. Red cherry and raspberry fruit, dried tomatoes and dried herbs. After a while in the glass, spicy seasoning pops up and nicely expands the aroma profile. The palate adds an element of aging with a bit of wet earth, but otherwise intense fruit. Still pretty tangible tannin and high on acidity.
