Monday, December 26, 2022 - Boxing Day wines at Domaine: Took some time to stretch it's legs and open up. When it did very classic meaty Gevrey smoke and spice laced throughout still fresh and concentrated fruit. In it's peak window, with some air, and should hold for a decade+.
