Friday, January 12, 2024 - BYO at Ariana II (Ariana II, Kilburn): I think we caught this at a super stage in its development: a nice cool balance overall with a certain richness to the ripe red fruit, roast herbs and forest floor, grilled meat. A bit of everything going on. Satisfyingly dry and gastronomic on the palate, balanced with saturated dark fruit and grippy clay tannins still going strong. A great match for food.
