Saturday, September 2, 2023 - Ruby turning clear bright garnet. The nose is nervous, with herbal and leafy notes, backed by a slight caramel notes, with slight red fruit. Tense and nervous on the palate, ending in a long finish. I believe it is at peak or near it.
