Monday, November 19, 2012 - Wines of South Africa (Fix St. James, 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Medium amber, clear with legs. Clean and developing with medium plus intensity aromas of grape, jammy notes, sweet spice, clove, toast , vanilla, orange marmalade. In the mouth the wine is sweet with medium plus acid, medium minus alcohol, medium body, medium flavour intensity with flavours of apricot and grape compote, vanilla, orange marmalade. Very good.
