Friday, July 1, 2022 - Ripe and extracted fruit, savory spices, leather, earth and a meaty backdrop of bacon. Plenty of depth and concentration. Palate is not even close to integrated with wild acidity, mouthcoating tannin - but the balance is there, hence only a question of cellaring for another 20+ years it seems.
