Tuesday, November 9, 2004 - On the first night, this is all about the nose -- rich black cherry, forest floor, mushrooms, spices, all very deep, rich, and swirling. In the mouth, shows promise, but clipped by the acidity a bit right now. Second night, the nose muted but the palate opened and got rich. Delicious, but wait 2 years.
