Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Nice, mature nose of petrol, lemon, peach, honey, apricot, and minerals. Good acidity on the palate with more lemon notes, a bit more honey, and peach, but overall quite fresh fruit flavors. Long finish. Lovely wine that needed a bit of air to wake up and was drinking really well right now.
