Sunday, August 21, 2016 - Coravin fun - Chardonnay and random reds (Day Street, Marrickville): From Coravin. Apple, cream , slight sweet spice with hints of lemon, minerals and slight gun smoke. Slightly sour and stalky fruit with almost tarragon. There is some tannic grip here as well. Hmm.
