Saturday, December 12, 2020 - A seriously open and pretty white Burg. As they say the best whites taste best with air and getting warmer here is one of them. Aired for three hours in the decanter and the wine warming up its beautifully balanced, radiant, fresh, tiny bit of reduction but very little (not the typical reduced PYCM nose), no heat but perfectly ripe. Reminds me a bit of a Genevrieres 07 that I had from Pierre Yves recently, which was great too. No hurry here but this bottle is just drinking really well right now.
