Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Very different on day 2. No decant. Light red color, hedonistic nose immediately when cork was out. Quaffable, light and sweet from the beginning, charming and sexy. Red berries, vanilla, mint. Easy drinking, you always want more. Medium to long finish, silky. On day 2 the wine was kind of shut down, locked. Very reserved, austere. Some red fruit notes, but very distant. Medium finish was tannic. Definitely not as pleasant as the day before. So I assume there has some more years of development ahead.
