Community Tasting Note

Tuesday, August 17, 2021 - Drank the last bottle of the 07 on our CO/UT trip. Was the winner in a Coravin tasting with some strong competition. Drinking really well when at the right temperature. The first night we drank it we did not have time to cool it down. At around 75 deg, the alcohol spiked a bit and it was out of balance. But around 60 deg, it was terrific. Last bottle; hope the 06s are as good.
