Thursday, December 12, 2019 - I caved... Couldn’t hold out for 2020 to open my next bottle. It’s oh so good right now and paired very well with grilled New York strip, grilled asian chicken thighs, grilled bratwurst, roasted broccoli, and roasted butter nut squash. So sad I only have one bottle left in my cellar. The wine had some sediment which is easily filtered, if desired, and filtering made my mother-in-law very happy. The sediment doesn’t bother me.

12/15/2019: three days later, the final glass was still delicious and perhaps even better than day 1.
