Thursday, August 31, 2023 - All Saints at All Saints (All Saints, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour. Citrus, apple, orange peel, liqueur, dried apricots on the nose. The palate shows citrus, bready, chalk, and apricot. Elegant, nice weight and energy. In a good spot.
