Monday, December 31, 2018 - Medium garnet with a light lilac nose. Tart berry on the tongue with some woody tannins, a little residual sweetness to balance the tart red berries. A bit of strawberry, red currants and rhubarb to go with the smoky tannins and salad of forest greens.
