Friday, January 19, 2018 - Started as a bit mature, nutty, slightly sherry-ish - but evolved quite quickly into a deep, long complex wine. Bit of honey suckle, white flowers, honey. Particularly paired with cheese it showed its super star qualities. Give it some time after opening.
