Sunday, March 3, 2024 - A slight bit of funk at first, but that blew off pretty quickly and this really came around nicely with air. Weighty and rich, lots of minerals and crushed rocks, acidity has a nice bite to it. Good tension and cut, I’d drink these sooner rather than later though.
