  A slight bit of funk at first, but that blew off pretty quickly and this really came around nicely with air. Weighty and rich, lots of minerals and crushed rocks, acidity has a nice bite to it. Good tension and cut, I’d drink these sooner rather than later though.

  This just keeps getting better and better - though it must now be at the summit. Youthful light gold color. Incredible stony, mineral, green melon intensity. Raw honey. Broad and expansive with admirable weight. Yet light as a feather on the palate and well balanced. Long finish. Drink now for optimum pleasure. Dang good. Sad this is my last bottle. (95)

  Charleston Offlineorama VII; 11/2/2022-11/6/2022 (Various locations): I have always been a big fan of this wine. This one was delicious but the acid and minerality I love have softened quite a bit.
