Wednesday, January 6, 2021 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are fast. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry and plum. The body is medium/full.

Really enjoyed this. Dark fruity flavors (black cherry, plum). Reminds me of old-world Bordeaux style wine rather than a typical California "amp it up" style.

Wish I had found this bottle in my cellar earlier to see how it was tasting closer to its peak. Still very enjoyable in 2020.
