Thursday, November 2, 2006 - Rich, sweet wine, with much flavour. Would buy again. Worth the price (about ten dollars for half bottle). Alcohol 13.5% by volume.

Soil: Limestone
Varietals: 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon
Vinification: Cold fermentation in stainless steel vats
Barrel Aging: 12 months
Straw color. Aromas of roasted grapes, apricot and honey.

When to Drink: One to ten years
Serving Suggestions: Cakes, pastries, Creme Brulee, with any dessert.
Serving Temperature: 42 degrees F.
