Thursday, August 3, 2023 - Pale straw color. Drank a glass plus over 2 hours. This was showing tons of oyster shell, focused lemon and lemon zest, apple blossom, dried apple, and spice. The palate is crystalline and taut, great acidity, lemon, lemon peel, oyster shell, cool limestone inerality, a touch of tarragon, with a load of dry extract and a tangerine top note as this finsihes with vigor. Loved it.
