Saturday, June 12, 2010 - Nice nose of cherries and minerals. Best upon opening with lovely spicy cherry fruit and a smooth, fleshy texture. Medium-bodied and fairly austere with a very minerally, taught finish. Dries out some after being open an hour or so. Hard to tell where this wine is going but it's nice, authentic cherry/mineral Burgundy.
