Thursday, June 2, 2022 - Champagnes at Quan Xiang Yuan: Wanted to share one of my favourite producers so brought this along. Round and ripe fruit while still having a good dose of acidity so it was a tough one to call, but someone managed to nail this as a BdB. Very good but preferred the 2004 and 2012 which were more chiselled and less overt in comparison.
