Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Decanted for 1.5 hrs, Smooth integrated tannins, still has acidity for food. Drinking now. Pencil shaving, lead, lacks layers, i was expecting. Short-med finish.
Med-long finish. still drying tannins in the end.
