Sunday, April 16, 2023 - It came together some in the glass but still tasted past peak to me. With the possibly exception of certain Grand Crus, I'm no longer interested in drinking aged white Burgundy as it's just not the same as it used to be. 2014 is as far back as I'll go now with this stuff. Drunk at La Maison du Columbier in Beaune, perhaps the most affordable Burgundy list on earth.
