Friday, November 11, 2022 - Full and quiet rich nose. Developed. Ripe apple, biscuit and butter.
Medium-fullish, rich and developed palate. Fine balance and properly austere with high acidity. A tad fleshy. Ripe apple, hints of dark chocolate and cream.
Good now and for 5+ years.
