Sunday, March 20, 2022 - Family dinner at home. This wine opened fresh and flavoursome with a fine bead and light golden colour. The nose is complex with strawberry, white cherry, arrowroot biscuits and lemon zest. The palate has nicely rich fruit providing good density and drive into the savoury mineral and cashew nut touches on the finish. A delicious mouth filling Champagne.
