Wednesday, January 13, 2021 - Thanks to CHBeaumont for the spot-on review below. Tried first at cold cellar temp and it was a bit tired and flabby. After short stint of freezer chilling & some air it smelled/tasted a lot fresher. Open buttery nose, beautiful palate with touch of honey'd lime. +1 hour really put on depth and went from citrus to nuttiness. Agree this is a great time to pop the corks on this. A great wine to celebrate impeachment #2 with.
