Friday, March 20, 2020 - The Last Chance Saloon: Such a lovely amber colour. Still plenty of freshness, and has avoided that descent into lime-and-marmalade that affects lots of mature Sauternes. Barley sugar and blossom, soft and elegant - and really no effort to drink....
