Wednesday, December 16, 2015 - Oh, What a Night... Mid-December Back in Fifteen (Spoon & Stable, Mpls, MN): Very dark red color. PNP, drank 1+ glass over an hour. Almost boisterous on the nose tonight, cherry, spicy, more subtle garrigue though, floral, though not as perfumed as before, some raisin, and the earthiness emerges more slowly than in the past. The palate seems more full bodied than I recall from the last bottle, less brett, good earthiness and minerality, lots of cherry, very ripe, more garrigue on the palate, some heat, spice, anise, long finish. this was excellent though not quite as good as the last bottle we had.
