Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Some Adventurous Loire Wines (SF Wine Trading Company): Bright yellow. Lots of pear and peach scents. Rich stone fruit, just off dry. Great caressing texture and finishing soil with adequate but not scintillating acidity. Drinking splendidly now. Its shape and length actually remind me of Grand Cru white Burgundy.
