Tuesday, April 19, 2016 - Popped and poured. Nose of golden apples, white peach, pear, lemon zest, fig, and toffee. On the palate, lush with ripe apple, lemon curd, fig, hints of butterscotch. Nice racy finish, Pretty darn good chard. Drink over the shorter term.
