Sunday, April 15, 2018 - Deeper yellow, more canary. Still bright and crystal clear. Riper, richer nose, slightly creamy, more lanolin, less herbaceousness. Full entry, more lanolin, more grapefruit acidity, slightly more oak but well integrated. Slightly grassy note high up at the back of your mouth. Very rich, very long crisp lingering finish. Was an excellent wine to pair with poached halibut!
