Friday, June 30, 2023 - Coravin fun - Bordeaux (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of biscuit, sweet spice, red hued fruits, a little blood/iron note. Red hued fruit on the palate has a slight green underpin, tannins also have a touch of greenness to the them. Having said that none of this is out of balance with these red fruits.
