Monday, December 3, 2018 - Color: ruby with slight orange rims? Nose: mature notes, no fruit. Taste: slowly opening up in the course of one hour: som red berry-fruit with mushrooms and forest floor and mature notes and a quite prominent acidity. Still some tannins, that were a bit harsh. At the second day the nose was nicely open, soft, fruity (with cherry) and fresh, as well was the taste. Good with food, on its own still quite tannic. Might get better with keeping. First day (86-)87, at the second with food 88(-89).
