Friday, April 28, 2023 - Less Celebrated France (WIMPS) (La Trompette, Chiswick, London): Very pale lemon pith in colour. Fromage sur le nez, yet the palate is rich and complex, somehow sour and sweet(?), overwhelmingly sensual and pure, not particularly fruity (perhaps a suggestion of apricot) and remains crystalline. First experience with Dagueneau. Cerebral and idiosyncratic.
