Likes this wine:

Saturday, February 14, 2015 - The freshest 1971 Nebbiolo I've drunk, warming and invigorating. Double-decanted. Thinner, tea-like but pleasant at first, a sweet, cherry taste. 6 hours later, it became amazingly opulent. Lots of spice, cinnamon and clove smells, some cedar and truffle as well. Later a licorice and sour cherry taste, a more atmospheric (woodland?) nose. There seemed to be so much life left in this.
