Saturday, April 16, 2016 - Dinner with friends and Paul Bara, PYCM and CVNE (Chuckanut Manor): I still marvel at everything from PYCM. This was the first bottle of his '13 St. Aubin's in which I didn't notice a transient reductive burnt matchstick upon opening. Great right at the get-go. Equal lemon and peach-apple white fruit. Nice acidity balances the luscious glycerine texture and mouthfeel I love in his wines.
