Wednesday, August 29, 2018 - I do like the style here and the wine has a lovely silky texture and tasty dark berry fruit. But just when I'm looking for some complexity on the finish I find a rather harsh acidic finale. I wanted to like this and I will try more Bedrock wines but a great wine can't have a finish like this. I tried it with several kinds of foods with the same result.
