Thursday, December 8, 2011 - Pre- Xmas lunch (El Recó restaurant (Sant Climent, Barcelona)): Decanted for 3 hours. Dark dark color! Expressive nose that improves over time. Ripe black compote fruit on nose, spices, black pepper, forrest floor, varnishes. On palate it's strong, full bodied, strong tannins, finish is long with red fresh fruit and smokey flavours. (91-92).
