Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - Deep amber in the glass. Nose is full-on explosive, with that rancio note coming in strong, but complemented by lightly toasted nuts, seaweed, some hints of caramel. Palate is rounded, full. Lots of intensity coming from all angles - a bit of fruit, bit of salinity. Expressive of its style and so well done.
