Saturday, January 20, 2024 - Pearl of Burgundy gala dinner: Wow I haven’t had a Montrachet before and what a first introduction. Slightly tired, bruised apple nose but the palate was showing beautifully. Had the sheer brute force of a Monty that never threatened to overwhelm. You could feel the royalty of this wine.
