Friday, March 6, 2020 - Served blind. Following a Leflaive Bienvenue Batard 13 the Sauzet had markedly more reduction on the nose. It felt quite crisp, smokey and concentrated. Thought it on the nose to be a Meursault possibly. Again not really what I typically would have associated with a 13 as it had a bit of volume to it also. Quite a strong showing I felt and bought a case on the back of that.
