Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Vanilla oak and still a bit closed. Even after an hour it was still just starting to unfurl its wonderful sweet and slightly sour cherry fruits.
I suspect this wine needed at least 5 hours of air to do it justice or at least another 5 years in the bottle.
