Wednesday, April 19, 2023 - This wine continue to wonder me. Full body, transparent cherry color with brick rims. Intense red fruits and flowers aroma complemented by mushrooms and forest floor. Strawberry and sour cherry palate following by spices, tar and lingering finish of wild berries acidity and muscular tannins. Powerful, rich and complex but harmonies and balanced. Well pairing to beef risotto. Open one hour ahead. Serve 16ºC - 18ºC. Drink now and the next four/five years, perhaps longer.
