Saturday, May 22, 2021 - Full body, transparent cherry color with brick rims. Intense and complex aroma of red fruits, flowers, tobacco leaves and oak complemented by mushrooms and wet forest. Strawberry and red cherry palate following by spices, licorice and tar on lingering finish. Powerful and rich but easy drinking and balanced in spite so high alcohol level, vital acidity and muscular tannins. Well pairing to gnocchi alla bava. Open one hour ahead. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Drink now next eight years, perhaps longer.
