Friday, November 25, 2016 - A private lunch (Restaurant Librije's Zusje **, Amsterdam, NL): Mainly from Côte des Blancs Chardonnay, including Chouilly, Avize and Le Mesnil, with some 30% vin de réserve. Wonderful intensity and elegance, ripe fruit buffering the taut minerality, fresh and beautifully balanced, rounded off by judicious dosage, very good length.
